- Our nightly room rates vary by season:
(standard rate): every day from June 1 - Sep. 23; Oct. 17-31; weekends throughout the year; Presidents' Week in February; Christmas-New Year's Week.
($25 discount from in season rate): weekdays (not weekends) from November through May (except Presidents' Week and Christmas-New Year's Week)
($20 premium above in season rate) is Sep. 24 - Oct. 16 plus Memorial Day Weekend.

Rates are per room per night, double occupancy (two people), and include full served Vermont country breakfast for all guests. Vermont tax of 9% is added to all bills. A deposit at time of booking confirms your reservation. Balance is due upon check in for first time guests and upon check out for repeat guests. Please view our deposit and cancellation policy.
For a third person (teenager or adult) in any of the four larger rooms, add $50 per night.
For a child ages 5 - 12 sharing a room with parents in any of the four larger rooms, add $25 per night. We're sorry, but we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 5 except as part of a whole-inn rental.
A delicious full hot Vermont country breakfast is served in the dining room (generally at 8:30) and is included in the room rate (B&B plan). The Churchill House pancakes were featured by "Gourmet" magazine during our first summer here!
By advance reservation only, a 4-course Vermont country table d'hote dinner is served many nights at 7 PM for $30 per person. [During the Quiet Season, dinner at the inn is available only to parties of four or more.]
Also by advance reservation, we can provide a healthful trail lunch for you to take with you as you explore the 22,000 acres of Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest adjacent to our Inn. The cost is just $7 for a hearty sandwich on homemade bread, fresh fruit, cookies or brownies, and a 100% juice box.
